Take Care of your health during shiftsShifts have become a inseparable part of any job now a days. However to prevent health problems in the long run, taking care of our biological clock is very important. Following are the timings that are to be followed for meals and sleep for a healthy body.. Let us follow at least the eating time table..as maintaining sleep timings not possible..
Between night 9-11: During this period, toxins will be separated from the food taken as dinner. So by this time we should have completed our dinner and should be reading a book or listening music. Don't ever take dinner after 9:30..though you are in night shift.
Between night 11-1: This is the time when detoxification occurs in the liver. Generally, by this time we should be in deep sleep.
Between night 1-3 : Detoxification process occurs in gall bladder. Eating without following timings will increase pressure on liver and cause damage to it.
Between morning 3-5: Some of the gaseous toxins are separated through lungs. That's why most people experience cough during this time.
Between morning 5-7: This is the time when waste get accumulated in the large intestine. It is the time where one has to answer their nature call.At 7 A.M- Time for our blood to absorb nutrients from our breakfast. If one wants to be healthy, they must complete their breakfast before 7:30 at the most. Those who are not well must take breakfast before 6:30. 9-10 is the last and the least timing for breakfast. If we don't take anything till then our body cells will not get enough energy and experts say that this is the main reason for heart diseases. So have break fast as soon as possible!!
